A website description or automated check is not a binding quote. Work begins only after we confirm scope, price, timing and payment terms in writing.
Plans
Website plans have a 12-month minimum term. Setup charges are separate. The customer owns the delivered website after month 12 once all due charges are paid. Third-party licences, domains and services remain subject to their own terms.
Customer responsibilities
You must supply lawful content, hold the necessary rights and provide accurate instructions and access. You must not use services for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted service, specific search rankings or business results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
